By accessing or using SipCollab ("the Service"), operated at sipcollab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SipCollab is a marketplace that connects cafes with food content creators for collaboration opportunities. The Service includes cafe profiles, creator profiles, collab listings, messaging, and related features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use SipCollab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information in your profile.
- You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
5. Cafe Users
- Cafe profiles must represent legitimate food and beverage businesses.
- Collab listings must accurately describe what you are offering creators (barter value, payment amount, expectations).
- You agree to honor the terms of any collab you accept.
- Free accounts are limited to 3 collab listings per month. Premium accounts ($18/mo or $120/yr) include unlimited listings.
6. Creator Users
- Creator profiles must accurately represent your content creation capabilities and audience size.
- You agree to deliver the content described in any collab you accept.
- You retain ownership of your content. By posting content through a SipCollab collab, you grant the cafe a license to repost the content on their social media channels unless otherwise agreed.
7. Payments
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($18 USD) or annually ($120 USD) through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@sipcollab.com.
- Paid collabs between cafes and creators are arranged directly between the parties. In the future, SipCollab may offer escrow services with a 10-15% commission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Spam users with unsolicited messages or promotions
- Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or commissions
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Service
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
9. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and share on SipCollab. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your profile and content within the platform and in marketing materials.
10. Ratings and Reviews
- Ratings must be honest and based on actual collab experiences.
- We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
- Users who receive multiple negative ratings may face account restrictions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sipcollab.com.
12. Disclaimers
SipCollab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality of collabs, the accuracy of user profiles, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. We are a marketplace, not a party to any collab agreement between cafes and creators.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SipCollab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
